How much will it cost to pass my test?

There is no simple answer to this. In my experience most pupils will need 30 to 40 hours tuition before they are ready to take their test. Some, however, will be ready in less, others will need more. I will tailor your instruction to your individual needs.

In addition to the costs of lessons the DSA test fees are Ł30 for the theory test and Ł56.50 for the practical test (Ł67 at weekends). Some study material will also be necessary which I can supply if required (allow Ł20 - Ł25).

When considering the cost of driving lessons and the difference between the price of one instructor and another also consider the quality of tuition, the car that you will use and whether the instruction you receive is truly one to one tailored to your needs.

The cheapest hourly rate quoted is probably not the best overall deal!
